Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are expected to be able to:
1.Has knowledge of the historical development of hospitality businesses.
2. Identifies the characteristics of hospitality businesses.
3. Has knowledgr of the special characteristics of the different types of clients of hospitality businesses.
4. Describes the purposes for which each sector of the hospitality business is aimed.
5. Lists the supporting departments of a hospitality business and identify the central objective of each of them.
