2. LEARNING OUTCOMES

Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are expected to be able to:
1. Analyze aspects of the modern business environment
2. Comprehend the most important parameters of modern management as well as the administration and management of human resources and to conceptually connect these practices with the Greek working reality.
3. Understand the forms of personnel evaluation through the knowledge of procedures, roles, employee personality, character types and work status.
4. Understand the ways of leadership and its connection modern management with the new forms of leadership.
5. Understand the methods of motivation and the policies of motivating employees, in such a way that their productivity is upward.
6. Understand communication, as a springboard for development, as well as intra-business communication of any form.
