After successful completion of the course, students are expected to be able to: 1. Understands the basic concepts and importance of quality 2. Recognizes and analyzes the parameters of the internal and external environment of the company that affect the development of quality systems. 3. Knows the stages of development of a quality accreditation system and their basic categories 4. It implements the methods used in the framework of the TQM. |
