Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are expected to be able to:
1. Know the general principles apllied on Commercial Law and Recognize the function of legal concepts and terms used in Commercial Law.
2. Analyze the regulatory frame work of Commercial Law.
3. Evaluate on topics concerning commercial law and utilize appropriate sources of information for a research project.
